Ride Me For A Quarter BXW
It takes a split second to realize this image is not a real horse but a mechanical horse we all remember from childhood. Just drop in a quarter and you can ride the range, herd cattle, or trot down a mountain path all right there in front of the K-mart. This photograph captures the beautiful textures that crackle with age. Its time has come and gone, but we can enjoy its memory. This image won the curator's award for the Booth Museum Gallery show this year.
